Oral presentations (July 3-5)

Submitted talks are limited to 15 minutes (with exception of invited speakers – 30 minutes) including discussion. Bring your presentation on a USB stick and contact the technical assistants before your session so that the presentation will be downloaded on the room's computer. Presentations should be prepared with Microsoft PowerPoint. Because of compatibility issues, try to avoid complex animations and embedded movies in your presentation.

Posters (July 4-5)

Poster size is limited to 80 cm by 100 cm (portrait orientation). The schedule for poster presentations will be included in the final programme.

Proceedings

As for the past meetings of the working group, we plan to publish full papers of oral presentations and posters in an IOBC-WPRS Bulletin. All presenters are encouraged to submit their contributions by August 30, 2017. Please follow the guidelines (http://www.iobc-wprs.org/pub/bulletins/IOBC-WPRS_Bulletins_Author_Instructions.pdf) when preparing your submission.
